2. How can I book an appointment?

   Select a service and a convenient time through online booking. If you need help choosing a specialist or treatment, contact the administrator on WhatsApp at +995 591 50 88 88.

3. Can I combine several services in one visit?

   Yes. The multi-format space makes it possible to arrange several compatible services on the same day. The administrator will help coordinate the order of appointments and the specialists' availability.

4. Where is LAKmousse and what are the opening hours?

   Beauty salon LAKmousse Beauty Bar is located at 10 Zhiuli Shartava Avenue in Batumi. We are open every day from 10:00 to 21:00.

5. How should I prepare for a treatment?

   Preparation depends on the selected service. Ask for the specialist's recommendations when booking. Before cosmetology or device-based treatments, disclose relevant health conditions, allergies and medications.

6. Do I need a cosmetology consultation?

   A consultation helps the specialist assess your skin, discuss your goals and check for contraindications. The final treatment decision is made only after an individual consultation and assessment.

7. How should I prepare for laser hair removal?

   Ask the specialist for individual instructions before your visit. In general, avoid removing hair from the root and active tanning beforehand, and disclose medications, skin conditions and other possible contraindications.

9. How can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

   Contact the administrator by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible. We will check the schedule and offer another available time.
